It stated in the assembly instructions that the warming bulb was packed separately. It was not. When we opened the package, the bulb was broken with small pieces of glass spread thoughout the unit and throughout the packing material. The bulb socket had the broken socket base in it and it was a particularly hazardous task to remove it in order to replace the broken bulb.

The only bad thing is its alittle small trying to add your oil and popcorn...but it is worth it
