The product itself is just lovely. The sound is superb. However,the product I recieved was not what I was expecting. I was going by the picture. I thought it had a tube that ran bubbles up the sides to the top. But the one I recieved does not have have this feature. This issue can not be resolved, unfortunely. I will keep what I purchased.
Just remember...if it looks like a duck and sounds like a duck...it might be a goose. The next time, I will not go by the picture...I will call and ask questions before ordering.
